Coffee Liqueur

Haut Maison Coffee Liqueur Jersey

• 20% ABV

• 350ml

Our cold-brew Coffee Liqueur is made with coffee roasted in St Helier by Bean Around The World.
Our Coffee Liqueur is the smallest of our batches, making just over 100 bottles at a time, once we receive delivery of our coffee we immediately start a cold-brew over a 48-hour period, to really lock-in flavour and allow the coffee to rest & separate naturally before the ageing process begins in our vats.

Our Coffee Liqueur can be found at Co-Op Grand Marché St Helier and Grand Marché St Peter.

What makes the coffee so good?

Bean Around The WorldIt would be easy to simply flavour vodka with coffee extract or use any old blend from off the shelf, but when we approached Bean Around The World with the idea of our Coffee Liqueur, they had just the thing.

Made with quality ingredients & a lot of patience, our Coffee Liqueur is in a class of its own.

Fazenda Pântano is located in the Cerrado close to the city of Patos de Minas at an altitude of 1,150 metres and covers a total area of 550 hectares. More than 300 hectares of the land are allocated for permanent natural forest reserves, which is six times more than the legal requirement under Brazilian law. The farm has over 200 varietals, most of which are in experimental production, and is working closely with the Brazilian Coffee Research Institute to experiment with processing and flavour.

From this years’ Pantano harvest we have chosen a pulped natural, Icatu varietal. The large red cherries are picked and the skin of the cherry is removed, leaving the rest of the fruit encasing the bean. These sticky beans are then laid out to dry on African style raised beds, where they are frequently turned over to allow even drying. Pulped naturals offer something different. The result is a sweet and full-bodied cup, with developing cocoa notes. It will provide structure and body to any espresso blend. All processing takes place on the farm and the coffee is only hulled at the point of export and packed into GrainPro sacks in order to preserve flavour and freshness.

The farm supports a local school and also funds various training schemes and courses for its staff. It is also certified by the Rainforest Alliance.

The Brazil Pantano is processed to encourage a lower acidity, which is vital to develop a smooth rounded liqueur. Roasted in St Helier, Bean Around The World have developed a roast profile that is full bodied, sweet and chocolatey.
The perfect nightcap, served as a quality Espresso Martini or drizzled over Jersey ice cream.
