The loganberry was ‘spontaneously’ created in 1883 in the garden of JH Logan, by crossing a raspberry with a native American blackberry. Large, wine-coloured elegantly elongated fruits with a unique, sophisticated taste.

A fruitful endeavour

We macerate thornless loganberries for three months to our specific recipe, to create a truly one-of-a-kind liqueur, that has been favoured by many of Guernsey’s cocktail bars to create some very unique libations.
