Crème de Cassis is a sweet liqueur made from blackcurrants, far sweeter than the other liqueurs in our range as the “crème” denomination requires a much higher volume of sugar per litre, enjoy this liqueur topped with a dry white wine or Brut Champagne.
Made from rich blackcurrants
We favour the Wellington variety of blackcurrants for our crème de cassis, famous for their high vitamin C content, they’re grown from 3-year-old trees and generally harvested twice a year between late winter and early spring.
Our crème de cassis works perfectly with Brut Champagne for a delicious Kir Royale.
